It's a big week... and weekend!
I'm going for casseroles that can be made ahead
and familiar foods that I can whip up blindfolded.

Dinner- Little Mamas (Sorta like a Tostada)
TUESDAY
Lunch- Ham & Scalloped Potatoes
Dinner- Boxed Mac & Cheese, veggies
WEDNESDAY
Lunch- Lasagna, salad
Dinner- Cottage Cheese, Fritos, carrots
THURSDAY
Lunch- PB & J, Peaches
Dinner- Creamy Chicken Enchilada's (a variation of this)
FRIDAY
Lunch- Chicken Gumbo
Dinner- Meat Roll ups
SATURDAY
Lunch- Crock Pot Roast & Potatoes
Dinner- TBA
SUNDAY
Dinner- Pizza
