Lunch- Dortito Casserole, Rice, crunchy veggie plate
Dinner- Chicken Noodle Soup (make extra for Saturday)
WEDNESDAY
Lunch- Eggplant Parm w/spaghetti, salad, bread, Red Velvet Cake
Dinner- Cheese & Crackers, peaches
THURSDAY
Lunch- Grilled Cheese, apples & dip
Dinner- Hearty Beef Dumpling Stew
FRIDAY
Lunch- Chicken & Rice
Dinner- Homemade Pizza
SATURDAY
Lunch- Chicken Noodle Soup (left from Tuesday)
Dinner- Ham, Crock Pot potatoes, Green Beans
SUNDAY
Lunch- Roast Beef, Potatoes, Carrots
Dinner- Spanish Rice w/ Chicken

I'm always impressed that you plan dinners AND lunches for the week. I just wing the lunches :)
I got that book in the mail yesterday, some of the stuff I knew (because I am frugal!) but I love it, I need to get back on track!
